My approach is pretty simple: I'll tell you the truth, even when it's tough to hear. I don't believe in sugarcoating the market, and I don't believe in the hard sell.
Real estate doesn't fit into a 9-to-5 box, and neither do I. Behind the scenes, I'm a complete data nerd. I love the creative side of marketing a property, but I spend just as much time analyzing market trends, reading between the lines, and looking at every angle of a deal long after the open house is over.
I grew up in a small town in Ontario and moved to Vancouver at 17 for a fresh start. Building a life and career here gave me a deep appreciation for this city, its neighbourhoods, and what it takes to succeed in a competitive market. Handling what is often your largest financial investment is a responsibility I take incredibly seriously.
I fight for my clients, protect their interests, and if a deal doesn't feel right, we walk away.
